The unglamorous but important part. Questions about any of it, just ask.
Orders ship from Seattle, Washington. Pedals that are built in batches and are in stock typically ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order units ship within 4 weeks. You'll get tracking by email when the package leaves us.
We currently ship to the US only, and shipping is free. International shipping is coming as we grow.
If a pedal isn't for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided it comes back in its original condition and packaging. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can confirm the return.
Since that's simply a change of heart and not a defect, return shipping is on you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the pedal arriving back with us.
Damaged or dead on arrival is a different situation, and that's on us. That should be rare, but if it happens, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping in both directions and repair or replace it.
Every pedal carries a 1-year warranty to the original owner against defects in parts and workmanship. During this period, if something fails under normal use, we repair it. If we can't repair it, we replace it.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, modifications, repairs attempted by someone else, or damage caused by powering the pedal with anything other than a regulated 9V DC center-negative supply.
To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description of what's happening. Shipping to us for warranty work is paid by the owner. We pay return shipping back to you.
We collect only what's needed to sell you a pedal and ship it to you: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for any purpose other than getting the pedal to your door.
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Your full card number never reaches us and is never stored on our systems. Those processors handle your payment data under their own privacy policies. Shipping carriers receive only the address information required to deliver your order.
We email you about your order. If you opt into anything else, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hey@noyds.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
This site doesn't set any cookies of its own. The tools that run checkout set the cookies needed to keep your cart and payment working, each under their own privacy policy.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we accept it and charge your payment method. If we can't fulfill an order, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Because pedals are built in limited batches, a listing may sell out between your page load and your checkout. If that happens we'll contact you with the option to wait for the next batch or get an immediate refund.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
